Customer service was on point. The suit was made beautifully and quality was outstanding. The sizing was were we had a problem as my daughter is a size 12 and my size 8 friend who tried it on said it was extremely tight. I exchanged it for a size 16 which fit better but still seemed a bit tight on the shoulders as she had red marks. I understand they need to have a tight fit but still was looking for comfort were I was hesitant in exchanging for an even bigger size. Yah so definitely check sizing chart measurements don’t assume your size with this item
