Warranties, Returns & ExchangesEXCHANGES
Please choose carefully as Waterskiers World & Ski Surf and Snow do not refund if you change your mind or have made an incorrect choice ( please contact our friendly staff if you have any concerns with your choice before purchase ). We will however usually offer a store credit or exchange of items as long as the product is in original packaging and condition and returned within 14 days from the date you receive it. Please remember we will only accept exchanges on product/s in new, unused condition which include all original parts and components. All return shipping costs both from and to Waterskiers World will be met by the purchaser, we advise all returns should be registered and insured as Waterskiers World will not be responsible for damage or loss of any return of goods.
All the products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty which is usually 12 months from date of purchase. If you have a faulty product please contact us as we may require you to send the product back or provide some evidence of the warranty claim (eg. photos of broken parts). Warranty products will be replaced, repaired or refunded at the manufacturer’s discretion. Freight costs of replaced or repaired products under warranty will be covered by us or the manufacturer.
- Freight costs for return of all goods is to be met by the customer.
- Product/s must be appropriately packaged for return shipping. Please do not use retail packaging for shipping.
- Proof of purchase must be provided for exchange and warranty's to be processed.
- Retun's and exchanges must be returned within 14 days of delviery
- Warranty's must be received within the stated manufactures warranty period to be processed
- Customer must contact the store before retuning any products
