STORE CREDIT, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Buying stuff online can be tricky. It can be hard to get the right size or know what products look like before trying them on or seeing them in person. We’re here to help so if you’re unsure please get in touch with our friendly team before you make an order. If you choose incorrectly, we will happily sort out a store credit or exchange within 60 days of your original purchase. We can only exchange or provide store credit for products returned within this period in new, unused condition including all original tags, parts and components. For returned products that were purchased on sale or have gone on sale since your purchase, store credit will be provided for the sale price of that item.

Refunds are available for items returned within 60 days of your original purchase. We will only provide refunds for products returned within this period that are in new, unused condition including all original tags, parts and components. If your order was eligible for free delivery, we will deduct the cost of shipping it from your refund.

  • Freight costs for return and re-delivery of all goods is to be met by the customer. If you bundle an exchange with a new order over $100 we will cover the cost of re-delivery.
  • Returned products must be appropriately packaged for return shipping. Please do not use retail packaging for shipping.
  • We advise all returns should be registered and insured as Waterskiers World is not responsible for damage or loss of any returned goods.
  • The form below must be completed with proof of purchase for any refunds, exchanges or store credits to be processed. Once submitted we will be in touch with what to do next. Do not just send your items back without completing the form and receiving confirmation
  • Shipping costs associated with your original order are not eligible for refund.
  • Restocking fees may apply. This will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • Refunds will be proccessed to your original payment method.

WHAT IF I HAVE USED MY PRODUCT?

When it comes to watersports, we realise it can be difficult to know how a product will work until you get it on the water. If you’re unsure about whether a product will suit your needs please get in touch with our knowledgeable and friendly staff. We love talking about watersports and are here to help you make the right choice. Alternatively, take advantage or our Demo Program where you can try a board or ski before you buy.

If you want to return a used item bought from us we will do our best to find a solution. We cannot provide refunds in this circumstance but in some cases we may be able to offer you store credit or an exchange to our estimated value of the used product. Please be mindful that once a product has been used it cannot be resold as new. Therefore, used products will not be of the same value as when you purchased it even if they are undamaged and in good condition.

  • Return of used goods applies to hardware only. Soft goods such as life jackets, wetsuits & tubes cannot be returned in used condition.
  • Used gear must be returned within 14 days of original purchase.
  • We are under no obligation to accept returned used goods and in some cases it may not be possible.
  • The value of returned used goods is made at our discretion at the time of return.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Most products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. If you have a faulty product please complete the below form and we will contact you to sort out your claim. Please be as detailed as possible in your description of what has happened and include all photos to support your claim. Remember, it is not at our discretion to approve or deny warranty claims. It is up to the manufacturer to approve warranties and to decide whether to replace, repair or refund your item. Once approved, freight costs of replaced or repaired products under warranty will be covered by us or the manufacturer. If you have had to ship your product back to us we will reimburse you for standard delivery cost of returning that item. In many cases, warranties can be approved without needing to return the product.
