The KD Calypso trainers come with a removable stabiliser bar with direct rope attachment that keeps the front and back of the two skis in place and takes some load off a young learner. The two-handle rope lets an adult safely control the pull from the boat — in a fall, the child just lets go. Size 45".
The KD Calypso are timber junior trainer skis with UV-coated sidewalls and yellow safety fins for visibility. A stabiliser trainer cross-bar keeps the ski tips together, giving a small child a stable, forgiving platform to learn on. Size 45".
Combo skis are sized mainly by the skier's weight (and to a lesser extent boat speed), with shorter skis for children and lighter skiers and longer skis for adults. Check the product's recommended weight range and size against the skier before ordering.
Recreational combo skiing is typically done at a comfortable planing speed adjusted to the skier's weight and confidence — lighter and younger skiers ski slower, adults a little faster. Start slow while learning and increase gradually. Check the product for any specific speed guidance.

Great set of skis

Brilliant, the kids found them easy to put on, it gave them so much more confidence to ski, instead of just tubing and knee boarding.

Kids ski

They worked great just the plastic from cross bar bends a bit so hopefully it will last as I have 5 grandchildren to teach
