Armstrong Stabiliser Rear Wing Foil

A+System has full width Titanium Barrel Nuts across both mast and front wing connections to lock them in position. The tail wing connection has been simplified, streamlined and strengthened and now incorporates a simple polycarbonate shim system.

SURF MKII: The Surf Mk II stabilizer was designed alongside the MA Mk II front foil for a stabilizer that boosts your flow, control, and speed range across foiling disciplines. It features similar outline and foil section characteristics as the MA Mk II and is available in three sizes from 130, 170, and 200cm2.

Flow 235: The 235 Flow's name says it all! It’s smooth and predictable, inspiring your confidence and flow. Building on the much-loved HS232, this stabiliser adds a new section for consistent pitch stability, an increased projected aspect ratio and a refined planform to deliver an easy and free feeling ride. If you enjoy several foiling disciplines and want one stabiliser to cover them all, the Flow 235 is for you.

Dart: The Dart 120 & 140 is our smallest stabiliser and offers all the performance characteristics you'd expect from such a small surface area. Lightning fast response with minimal drag for high speeds, this is the tail of choice for advanced to expert wing, surf, tow and kite foilers in powered conditions.

    Available Sizes:  HS232cm², HA195cm², Flow 235cm², Dart140cm²

The rear wing, or stabiliser, mounts at the back of the fuselage and controls the foil's pitch, giving stability, smooth control and a set speed range to match your front wing. Choosing a stabiliser lets you tune how free or locked-in the foil feels.
Options include the Flow 235 for smooth, predictable all-round use, the Surf Mk II (130, 170 and 200 cm²) designed alongside the MA Mk II front wing for flow and control, and the small Dart (120 and 140 cm²) for fast, low-drag high-speed riding for advanced riders. HS232 and HA195 options are also available for different disciplines and levels.
It fits Armstrong's A+ System, connecting to the fuselage via the streamlined, strengthened tail-wing connection with a polycarbonate shim system, and pairs with an Armstrong front wing, mast and fuselage.
Wakefoiling means riding a board fitted with a hydrofoil - a mast with wings that lifts the board clear of the water so you glide silently above the surface behind the boat, and can even ride the boat's wake without a rope. The large front wing provides lift, the smaller rear wing (stabiliser) controls pitch, and the mast connects the foil to the board. It takes some practice, but the ride is smooth and low-impact once you are flying.
