Seen it cheaper somewhere else? Tell us. We've been Australia's dedicated towed water sports specialist since 1977, and we back our range with a price match — if you find the same product in stock at another store for less, let us know and we'll do our best to match it.

How to request a price match

It takes a minute, and it happens right from the product you want:

1. Go to the product page for the item you want to buy.
2. Under the price, click the "Seen it cheaper? Price Match" button.
3. Fill out the short form — your name and email, the product and size, the price you've found, and a link (URL) to the competitor's listing.
4. We'll review it and get back to you.

The link is the important bit — it lets us confirm the product and the price quickly so we can sort your match without back-and-forth.

What we match

To keep it fair and fast, a price match needs to be a genuine like-for-like comparison:

• Same product — identical make, model, size and colour.
• In stock — the item is available to buy now at the other store, not on back-order or sold out.
• A real, current price — shown on a live listing we can check via the URL you provide.

Price matches apply to products available from Australian retailers. We don't match overseas or grey-import pricing.

Where is the price match form?

On every product page, directly under the price — look for the "Seen it cheaper? Price Match" button. Clicking it opens the form.

What do I need to provide?

The product and size you want, the lower price you've found, and a link to the competitor's listing so we can verify it. We'll also need your name and email to get back to you.

How long does it take to hear back?

We aim to get back to you as quickly as we can during business hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 9am–3pm). If you need an answer fast, call the showroom on 07 3379 6933.

Do you match sale or clearance prices?

Our price match applies to standard retail pricing. We look at sale and clearance items case by case, so it's always worth asking — use the price match button or call the showroom and we'll let you know.
