Binding rubbers, bolts, screws, lace kits, adaptor plates and replacement parts for water ski boots — for skis going back twenty years through to the latest hardshells. Williams universal rubbers in dual-density and vinyl, Connelly and HO factory-spec rubbers, plus the bolts, screws and lace hardware to put it all back together.
Most water-ski boots have a few small parts that wear before the boot itself does — the rubber that grips your foot, the bolts that hold the boot to the ski, and the laces that pull it tight. Replace those bits and an older boot is good for another season or three. Binding rubbers. Williams makes the universal range — Dual Density closed-toe and open-toe rubbers, heel rubbers, vinyl rubbers, in MR, KR and US sizes that fit most older bindings. They may need extra holes cut to match your boot’s plate, but the shape covers most setups. Factory-spec rubbers from Connelly (open front toe, heel), HO (Animal toe and overlay), Jobe (closed front toe, heel) and Wiley (Hardcore High Wrap toe and heel) match those brands’ modern boots directly. There are also raw rubber sheets in 72cm × 75cm and 72cm × 25cm for custom cuts. Bolts and screws. Slalom ski binding bolts from KD, Connelly and HO — short stainless bolts that thread into the ski’s brass inserts. Connelly and HO ranges include both standard and Direct Connect bolt patterns. Self-tapping screws for ski fin mounting from Connelly. Front and rear binding bolt kits from OBrien and Radar. Laces and hardware. HO Bungee Lace Kit and Radar Bungee Kit cover the bungee replacement on open-toe boots. Radar Lace Lock Kit for the locking-cleat style. The Connelly Sidewinder Heel Lock Lever is the spare for the matching boot. Combo ski rear toe kits. Adult, Junior and Kids horseshoe binding kits from KD — the full rear sandal-style rubber and mounting pad. The Combo Ski Rear Toe Kit with Pad and Junior version are the standalone replacements. Combo Ski Rear Toe Rubber Mounting Hardware covers the bolts. Adaptor plates. HO Max Boot Adaptor Plates in three foot-size ranges (4-8, 7-11, 10-15) — for fitting an HO Max boot to skis without the direct-connect plate. If you’re not sure what fits, take a photo of the boot’s underside or the rubber that’s coming off — we can match the part from a photo, or in store from the ski itself.
It depends. Williams universal rubbers cover most older skis but often need extra holes cut to match the boot’s plate. Factory-spec rubbers from Connelly, HO, Jobe and Wiley match those brands directly with no modification. Bring the boot in or send a photo of the old rubber if you’re unsure.
Match the existing rubber by length and width, and match the hole pattern in the plate. Williams Dual Density rubbers come in three sizes (MR, KR, US) that cover the common older bindings. If you’ve still got the old rubber, lay it next to the new one before drilling — the shape should match closely.
Most modern slalom skis use stainless steel binding bolts that thread directly into brass inserts in the ski — Connelly, HO, KD and Radar all make their own kits sized to their bindings. Bolts are usually included with a new boot, so you only need them if rebuilding or replacing a stripped set. Don’t substitute zinc-coated bolts — they corrode in saltwater fast.
Yes — drop the boot or ski into the Brisbane store and we’ll match the right rubber and fit it. Bolts and lace replacements we generally hand over with mounting instructions since it’s straightforward DIY, but bring the ski in if you’d rather not. Fitting charges may apply depending on the job.
