Womens kneeboards — board cuts and graphics for women, from beginner plastic to intermediate fibreglass. From KD and Raptor. Both construction types in one place.
Womens kneeboards in this collection are a mix of plastic and fibreglass options scaled or graphic-marked for womens riders. Kneeboard sizing isn’t fundamentally gendered — most adult boards work for most adult riders regardless — but some come in specifically womens cuts (different colourways, occasionally different stance or strap dimensions). Plastic options. KD Strike Pink (kids/youth scaled), KD Razor Purple (full-size beginner), Raptor Roam Womens (full-size beginner). Durable, integrated tow hooks where applicable, lower price point. The right call for first-time womens kneeboarders or family-share boards. Fibreglass options. KD Lil Miss Mayhem, KD Quest, Raptor Wild One, Raptor Welcome to the Madhouse Pink, Raptor The Vibe. Better ride than plastic — more responsive, sharper rails, often easier starts. The right call for progressing riders or anyone who wants the better board and is happy to pay a bit more and take a bit more care of it. Skill levels represented: beginner through intermediate. No advanced-spec womens kneeboards currently in stock — if you’re hunting for advanced, the Fibreglass Boards collection has the Radar Mission and KD Neptune Legacy (gender-neutral cuts). Plastic vs fibreglass for women. Same logic as the broader plastic-vs-fibreglass call. Plastic if you want durability, family-friendliness and a lower price. Fibreglass if you want the better ride and you’ll take care of the board. Sizing. By rider weight — check the chart on each product page. Womens kneeboards don’t require a different sizing approach to mens. Brands: KD (Strike, Razor, Lil Miss Mayhem, Quest) and Raptor (Roam, Wild One, Welcome to the Madhouse Pink, The Vibe). See also: the Plastic Kneeboards and Fibreglass Boards collections for the full ranges including the gender-neutral cuts.
Less than wakeboards or slalom skis. Kneeboard sizing isn’t fundamentally gendered — most adult boards fit most adult riders. Some boards come in specifically womens cuts with different colourways, stance widths or strap dimensions tuned for lighter average rider weight, but plenty of gender-neutral kneeboards work equally well for women. If you find a board you like in the Fibreglass Boards or Plastic Kneeboards collections that isn’t marked womens, it’ll almost certainly work.
Same call as the broader plastic-vs-fibreglass question. Plastic if you want durability, family-friendliness and a lower price — the board you can leave on the boat or hand to a kid without worrying. Fibreglass if you want the better ride — more responsive, sharper rails, often easier starts — and you’re willing to pay more and take a bit more care of it. Both work for womens riders.
By rider weight — check the chart on each product page. Kneeboard sizing isn’t gendered: the weight bracket determines the board length and float characteristics you need, whether you’re a woman or a man at that weight. The KD Strike Pink is the smallest option (kids/youth scaled); the rest are full-size adult boards.
Yes, on the boards that include one. The plastic options (KD Strike Pink, KD Razor Purple, Raptor Roam Womens) typically have integrated tow hooks moulded in. Some of the fibreglass models include tow hook inserts too — check the product page for the specific board. If you’re using the hook for starts, you’ll need a kneeboard hook handle (shorter, designed to attach to the hook), not a regular ski handle.
