It is an advanced surf-style board for riders who want high-performance wave riding with a lightweight, flexible feel.
An eco-friendly BIO Flax construction with a low-density EPS Skelecore and 5 mm stringer for a light, flexible ride, a carbon tail patch, a Ghost Grip deck with a rear EVA pad, a centre channel in the tail, and a quad Futures fin setup (two 3.1-inch and two 2.1-inch fins).
It is a surf-style board, built for drive and performance wave riding rather than a loose skim feel.
Surf-style boards have more volume, thicker rails and larger fins, giving strong drive down the line and a surfy, wave-riding feel that suits most riders. Skim-style boards are thinner and flatter with smaller or fewer fins, so they sit looser and skatey on the wave, making spins, shuvits and surface tricks easier but taking more balance. Many riders start on a surf style and move toward skim as they progress.
Wakesurfer size is guided mainly by rider weight and skill: heavier riders and beginners suit a longer board with more volume for easier planing and stability, while lighter or more advanced riders can drop to a shorter, looser board. Board style matters too, as skim boards are usually ridden shorter than surf boards. Check the size guide or ask our team for a recommendation.
