Liquid Force Primo Wakesurfer (2018)
The Primo comes in a range of sizes. Choose by rider weight and skill, sizing up for more stability and float or down for a looser feel. Check the wakesurfer size guide on the listing or ask our team for a recommendation.
It is a do-it-all surf board for intermediate riders who want an aggressive yet controlled ride. The fin options let you set it up for stability and drive or a looser, skimmier feel.
A vacuum-formed outer-skin construction that makes it light and durable, a CNC'd EPS foam core, a single-to-double concave hull with quad tail channels, and full grooved EVA deck pads. It has a three-fin setup, recommended as a twin fin for stability and drive or a single fin for a loose skim feel.
It is a versatile surf-style board that can be set up to ride surfier with a twin-fin setup or looser and more skim-like with a single fin.
Surf-style boards have more volume, thicker rails and larger fins, giving strong drive down the line and a surfy, wave-riding feel that suits most riders. Skim-style boards are thinner and flatter with smaller or fewer fins, so they sit looser and skatey on the wave, making spins, shuvits and surface tricks easier but taking more balance. Many riders start on a surf style and move toward skim as they progress.
Wakesurfer size is guided mainly by rider weight and skill: heavier riders and beginners suit a longer board with more volume for easier planing and stability, while lighter or more advanced riders can drop to a shorter, looser board. Board style matters too, as skim boards are usually ridden shorter than surf boards. Check the size guide or ask our team for a recommendation.

I recommend this product

Happy but not happy

I was happy with the service and great enthusiastic advice. I am however a little concerned about the rear pad on the surf board as it’s lifting and even with weight on it it still pops up.
