The Temper is a staple of the Raptor line-up, a reliable, rugged fibreglass board for intermediate riders who like to mix relaxed cruising with big wake hits. Its wide tip and tail give a stable base that helps beginners get comfortable while giving experienced riders the edge to throw tricks.
A durable, responsive lightweight PU foam core with a 2-stage rocker for lift and forgiveness, a swallow-tail design for cruisy turns and stability, a PROPLUSH dual-density extra-soft EVA foam pad for comfort, and a 3-inch comp strap. It has an inserted tip to add a Raptor hook.
Most kneeboards are one size that fits a wide range of adult and teen riders, with smaller junior boards available for young children. Choose based on rider weight and age, and make sure the knee strap adjusts to hold your knees securely. Our team can help if you are unsure.
Kneeboarding is usually done at around 20 to 30 km/h, slower for beginners and young children and a little faster for experienced riders doing tricks. Always start slow and build up speed as confidence grows, and agree a comfortable speed with your driver before each run.
Kneeboards are generally sold as the board only, without a rope. You will need a kneeboard-specific tow rope and handle, which we stock separately - just ask our team for a recommendation to suit your board and boat.
