Wider 3-4 person versions of the classic ringo. Riders in the centre, knees together. Flat deck. Gussetted side-by-side seating, lots of room. Wing-style. Flat deck with upturned side wings for stability through turns. Lounge / sit-on. Armchair-style shapes. Big enough to hold multiple riders for a relaxed ride. Anchor / swim platforms. Jobe Oasis Water Mat, Radar Cloud Water Mat and Radar Hydrofloat are NOT for towing. They’re floating platforms designed to be anchored or tied off as a swim deck. Different category, included here because they hold multiple people. Don’t try to tow them. Rope rating — non-negotiable safety. A 3-person tube needs a rope rated for AT LEAST 3 people. A 4-person tube needs at least a 4-person rope. Never undersize — multi-person tubes generate forces an undersized rope can’t handle, and failure under load is genuinely dangerous. Oversize is fine: a 6-person rope on a 3-person tube is heavier but safe. Standard length 60 feet / 18.25 metres. Boat power. Bigger tubes take more boat to tow at proper speed. A 90hp outboard will struggle to plane a 4-person tube with riders on it. Match tube size to your boat’s power as much as to the number of riders you want to tow. Inflation rules — same as smaller tubes. Fully-covered: cover taut. Partially-covered: bladder wrinkle-free. ALWAYS partially deflate after use — sun and heat expansion can rupture a tube left fully inflated. Storage. Bigger tubes need more room when deflated.
