Armstrong V2 Carbon Foil Mast

The unique quad c beam core layup delivers a mast with smooth consistent reactive flex, generating sweet handling response and better stability by smoothing out bumps and flexing precisely to drive you through turns.

The V2 masts also feature bombproof zero corrosion Bi Directional Titanium Washer and Titanium T Nut system, which creates a rock solid connection between mast and board.

The V2 mast construction and shape combine to make a mast that will deliver predictably every time.

    72cm/28.5": The go to Foil Surf mast. An easy all rounder for all foil sports

    85cm/33.5": The 'do everything mast' : Intermediate/Advanced. SUP, Downwind, Kite, Wake, and Tow in Surfing.

          The mast is the vertical strut that connects the board to the foil and sets your ride height above the water. Armstrong's V2 mast uses a unique quad C-beam core layup for smooth, consistent reactive flex, giving responsive handling and stability that smooths out bumps and drives you through turns.
          It comes in 72 cm (28.5") and 85 cm (33.5"). The 72 cm is the go-to all-rounder for foil surfing and most foil sports, while the 85 cm 'do everything' mast suits intermediate to advanced riders across SUP, downwind, kite, wake and tow-in surfing.
          It is a 100% carbon mast with a multi-piece core and optimised fibre orientation, developed with composite experts who worked on Team New Zealand America's Cup foils. It uses a zero-corrosion bi-directional titanium washer and T-nut system for a rock-solid board connection, and fits Armstrong's A+ System.
          Wakefoiling means riding a board fitted with a hydrofoil - a mast with wings that lifts the board clear of the water so you glide silently above the surface behind the boat, and can even ride the boat's wake without a rope. The large front wing provides lift, the smaller rear wing (stabiliser) controls pitch, and the mast connects the foil to the board. It takes some practice, but the ride is smooth and low-impact once you are flying.
