The Big Easy comes in a single 146 cm, the longest board in the Connelly range. It is built for heavier riders, particularly those over 100 kg who struggle to get up and stay on top of the water on a shorter board, adding lift, float and stability.
It is aimed at intermediate to advanced riders behind the boat. The full spine and 3-stage rocker help you pop off the wake and stomp landings, while the deep centre channel adds control for a larger rider.
It is built on a System 80 core with a full spine, a subtle 3-stage variable rocker for lift off the wake, a deep centre channel for control, and a 4x4 moulded fin setup with two bolt-on 1-inch centre fins for tracking.
The Big Easy is designed as a boat wakeboard, shaped and tuned for pop off a boat's wake. You can ride it occasionally at a cable park, but it does not have the reinforced, faster base of a dedicated cable board, so a cable board is better for regular rails and obstacles.
Most wakeboards are sold as a board only, so you can match the bindings to your boot size and riding style. For an easy all-in-one purchase, see our Wakeboard Packages collection, where boards come paired with bindings; otherwise choose a board from the Wakeboards collection and add the bindings you want.
A continuous rocker is a smooth, even curve from tip to tail that gives a fast, predictable ride and quick edge-to-edge transitions, ideal for carving and all-round riding. A 3-stage rocker has a flatter middle with more lift at each end, giving a bigger, more vertical pop off the wake for jumps and tricks, with a slightly slower feel through the water.
