CONNELLY SHADOW SKI BINDING

Stay locked in and in control. The Shadow binding keeps your foot secure without the squeeze, so you can focus on your line instead of your comfort. Redesigned to fit a wider range of foot sizes, the Lycra lined toe and heel wrap mold snugly around your foot while the stretch panel in the toe expands or compresses to match your shape. You get a soft EVA footbed mounted on a super-lite plate that absorbs impact and keeps you stable behind the boat, whether you're learning to ski or pushing harder on the water.

Available Sizes: 5-11, 9-14

Neoprene slalom bindings suit beginner through to intermediate and recreational skiers. Their flexible construction gives comfortable support and easy entry while providing enough hold to develop technique and progress through the course. Advanced skiers chasing maximum response often move to hardshell boots.
Most neoprene slalom bindings use a standard binding bolt pattern compatible with the majority of slalom skis from all major brands. Confirm your ski uses standard inserts before ordering if you're unsure of the mounting system.
An adjustable RTP (rear toe plate) is a rear binding with a strap system that allows some foot movement and easier release on falls — a forgiving setup ideal for beginner and intermediate skiers while learning or progressing through the course.
Adjustable RTPs and neoprene bindings use a velcro or cam-buckle strap that adjusts across a range of foot sizes. Loosen the strap fully, insert your foot, then tighten progressively until snug — you should be able to wiggle your toes but not slide your heel out.
Rinse your bindings in fresh water after every use and allow them to dry fully before storage, out of direct sunlight. Inspect the rubber and straps for wear each season, and replace worn toe or heel rubber to keep a secure hold. Replacement rubber is available for most binding brands.
