    The KD Tube Repair Kit contains one tube of vinyl glue and four patches, and bonds to virtually all PVC surfaces. It's for fixing punctures and small tears in PVC towable tubes and inflatable water toys rather than replacing the whole tube.
    Deflate the tube fully and dry the damaged area. Lightly roughen the surface with sandpaper, apply the adhesive to both the patch and the tube surface, allow to tack briefly, then press the patch firmly in place. Allow to cure fully before re-inflating.
    Tube repair kits are best suited to small punctures and minor tears. Large tears, major seam separations, or damage near valves may not hold permanently with a patch kit. In those cases, tube replacement is usually the safer and more cost-effective solution.
    A properly applied patch on a clean, dry surface can last for the life of the tube. The key is thorough surface preparation and allowing full cure time before use. Rushing the cure or applying the patch to a wet surface will result in a weak bond.

    PVC patches and glue

    Not used to date but static test was perfect. Glue was my greatest concern but that seems at this time to be not a problem. Big test comes in a weeks time when I have 2x150 riders using the patched tubes.

    Fuel Tube Repair Kit

    easy to use and did the job. took out on the weekend and gave it a work out with 20 year olds on the tube no problem, no leak.
