In direct drive boats, place one on each side of the engine for 1,500lbs of balanced ballast, or configure them in an L-shape for a surfable wave.

Triangular in shape and designed to completely fill the open bow area, the Fatsac Open Bow Sac adds up to 650lbs of bow ballast for improved wake transition and density. Its shape allows fine-tuning of forward weight distribution by partially filling. Best used with an equal amount of weight in the rear of the boat — in conjunction with rear ballast, 650lbs in the bow makes the wake rampier with a longer, smoother transition.
