Jetpilot 3SXTY Hyperflex L50 Life Jacket

Strap into the Jetpilot 3SXTY Hyperflex L50 Life Vest in Yellow and you stop thinking about your gear within the first set. The hyperflex segmented foam panels and back gusset move with your shoulders through every rotation and recovery — no stiffness, no restriction. Full Australian Standards L50 (PFD 2) certification is built in without adding bulk to the profile. The high-visibility yellow colourway means you're easy to spot from the boat the moment you surface.

Freelite buoyancy foam delivers support that sits quietly in the background, while supergrip handles keep you and your spotter in sync through every pull. The anatomical fit locks the vest in position through carves, falls, and recoveries — on a ski boat, a wake boat, or a PWC in Australian conditions. This vest is unisex and fits both men and women across its size range. Certified to Australian Standard AS 4758 Level 50 (PFD 2) — a high-visibility level worn for PWC riding and towed watersports. What's required where you ride varies by state and water type — see our state-by-state life vest guide before you head out.

If you want a life jacket that stays out of the way of your riding, the 3SXTY Hyperflex L50 Yellow delivers that balance.

Australian Standards Level 50 Approved

Available Sizes: S/M, L/XL, 2XL/3XL, 4XL

Available Colours — L50 (PFD 2, high-visibility): Red, Yellow

How to fit your vest
Yes — the 3SXTY Hyperflex L50 is certified to Australian Standards Level 50 (PFD 2), the class approved for PWC and jetski riding on smooth and partially smooth waters. The yellow colourway meets the high-visibility requirement, and the vest also covers towed watersports on smooth water.
Yes — the 3SXTY Hyperflex uses an anatomical unisex fit with dual sizing (S/M, L/XL, 2XL/3XL, 4XL) designed to fit both men and women. A hyperflex expansion zone and back gusset let the vest stretch with your torso rather than boxing it in.
The 3SXTY Hyperflex L50 has 100% ecoprene construction, a hyperflex expansion zone, hidden supergrip handles, Freelite bevelled-edge buoyancy foam and a PK Lok zipper. It comes in Red or Yellow — both high-visibility colourways suited to PWC use.
L50 and L50S carry the same buoyancy. The difference is colour: an L50 must be high-visibility, which is why PWC riders often wear them, while an L50S comes in any colour and is the usual pick for towed watersports. Which one is approved where depends on your state — see our state-by-state life vest guide.
Life vests are sized by chest measurement and weight (and by age for children). Match your measurements to the brand's size chart and do it up fully — a correctly sized vest is snug and won't ride up over your face when you lift at the shoulders. Check every buckle and strap holds firm.
Rinse the vest in fresh water after each use and dry it in the shade, out of direct sunlight. Check the buckles, straps, stitching, and flotation before each outing, and replace the vest if any part is damaged or the flotation is compromised.
