The Jetpilot Freeride Boys suits riders roughly 8 to 16, in sizes 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16. The extended pro fit cut is shaped to sit properly on a growing frame without riding up, so it lasts more than one season.
Yes — the Freeride Boys is certified AS 4758 Level 50S (PFD 3), the towed-watersports approval for smooth waters, covering wakeboarding, skiing and cable riding. Check your state's PFD rules for young riders on boats.
The Freeride Boys is 100% ecoprene with a thin stitch-through profile, Freelite bevelled-edge buoyancy foam and a PK Lok zipper — a low-bulk build for kids progressing tricks. Colourways are Black, Blue and Midnight Black — this listing is the Black colourway.
L50 and L50S carry the same buoyancy. The difference is colour: an L50 must be high-visibility, which is why PWC riders often wear them, while an L50S comes in any colour and is the usual pick for towed watersports. Life vests are sized by chest measurement and weight (and by age for children). Match your measurements to the brand's size chart and do it up fully — a correctly sized vest is snug and won't ride up over your face when you lift at the shoulders. Check every buckle and strap holds firm.
