The Jetpilot RX Vault Pant is a men's 2x2mm 360 stretch limestone neoprene race pant for PWC racing and hard riding, using race-engineered air-flow tech to boost durability and keep your core cooler. EVA knee and shin pads protect through high-speed water contact. Sizes S–2XL.
The Jetpilot RX Vault Pant has durable EVA PRO-TECHion knee and shin pads for high-speed water contact, back-knee breathable flow panels to reduce bulk, and lower-leg zips for easy entry over boots. Jet-Lok seams and YKK zips handle the demands of racing.
Neoprene thickness is chosen for water temperature. Thinner neoprene (around 1.5–2 mm), as used in neo shorts and spring suits, suits warmer conditions and maximises flexibility, while thicker 3 mm and steamer-weight suits add warmth for cooler Australian water. Check each product's listing for its specific thickness.
Neoprene should fit snugly with no loose gaps, as trapped water reduces warmth — a tight fit is correct and eases slightly with use. Size using the brand's size chart for the garment (full suits use height and chest or weight; shorts use waist and hip). If you're between sizes, size up for comfort during longer sessions.
Rinse in fresh water after every use and dry in the shade, never in a tumble dryer or direct sunlight, which degrade neoprene over time. Avoid sharp folding — hang on a wide hanger. A light application of neoprene conditioner at the start of each season helps extend its life.
