The Liquid Force Primo FS uses compression-moulded Dura-Surf construction over a PU foam core to handle the knocks of learning. A single concave hull with quad channels, a squash tail and a tri fin setup, plus foot straps, give young riders control and hold as their spins come together.
The Liquid Force Primo FS is a hybrid built around the classic Primo feel, scaled for kids. Its tri fin setup, two surf-style side fins and a centre fin, gives surf-style drive and hold while staying forgiving, and the foot straps help young riders learn spins and switch riding.
Surf-style boards have more volume, thicker rails and larger fins, giving strong drive down the line and a surfy, wave-riding feel that suits most riders. Skim-style boards are thinner and flatter with smaller or fewer fins, so they sit looser and skatey on the wave, making spins, shuvits and surface tricks easier but taking more balance. Many riders start on a surf style and move toward skim as they progress.
Wakesurfer size is guided mainly by rider weight and skill: heavier riders and beginners suit a longer board with more volume for easier planing and stability, while lighter or more advanced riders can drop to a shorter, looser board.
