Yes, the Liquid Force Rocket is a beginner to intermediate wakesurfer built around stability. Its winged swallow tail gives a wide, steady platform to find your feet, and the single-to-double concave hull lets you carve smoothly without fighting the water as you learn to ride behind the boat.
The Liquid Force Rocket comes in 4'8", 5'0" and 5'4". Heavier riders and beginners wanting extra stability lean toward the longer boards, while lighter riders manage the shorter sizes. Our wakesurf size guide helps you match the right length to your weight and skill.
The Liquid Force Rocket is compression moulded over a PU foam core with a winged swallow tail and a single-to-double concave hull. You can run it as a twin fin for a loose, playful feel or as a thruster with three surf fins for more drive and hold on the wave.
The Liquid Force Rocket leans to the surf side, with a swallow tail and surf-style fins that favour smooth, drawn-out carving. Run as a thruster it drives and holds like a surf board; switch to the twin setup and it loosens up for a more playful, skatey feel.
Surf-style boards have more volume, thicker rails and larger fins, giving strong drive down the line and a surfy, wave-riding feel that suits most riders. Skim-style boards are thinner and flatter with smaller or fewer fins, so they sit looser and skatey on the wave, making spins, shuvits and surface tricks easier but taking more balance. Many riders start on a surf style and move toward skim as they progress.
Wakesurfer size is guided mainly by rider weight and skill: heavier riders and beginners suit a longer board with more volume for easier planing and stability, while lighter or more advanced riders can drop to a shorter, looser board. Board style matters too, as skim boards are usually ridden shorter than surf boards. Check the size guide or ask our team for a recommendation.
