Liquid Force Thumbscrews are hand-tightening binding bolts for LF wakeboard bindings. They allow tool-free binding installation and removal — useful for swapping board setups quickly on the water or removing bindings for compact storage.
Thumbscrews can be tightened firmly by hand and are secure for normal riding. However, they may loosen more readily than hex bolts under repeated high-impact use. Check tightness before each session if using thumbscrews in demanding riding conditions.
LF Thumbscrews use the standard M6 thread common to most Liquid Force bindings and wakeboards. Confirm your binding and board use M6 inserts before purchasing.
Yes — you can mix thumbscrews and hex bolts on the same binding. Some riders use thumbscrews on less load-bearing inserts for convenience while keeping hex bolts in critical positions for maximum security.
Rinse after saltwater use and check threads for corrosion. Replace if the thumbscrew head becomes difficult to grip or the thread shows damage. Carry spares as their small size makes them easy to drop overboard.
