The Radar First Layer Neoprene Slalom Ski Sleeve is a 2mm neoprene slalom ski cover with a built-in PVC fin protector and a plastic tip protector. The neoprene wraps the bevels of the ski while the rigid fin and tip guards shield the two parts most likely to chip in transit.

The sleeve slips on without zips or buckles and is sized one-size-fits-all for adult slalom skis. The open boot zone leaves boots and bindings exposed to the air so they dry between sets rather than sitting damp inside a closed bag.

Ski covers are sized by length — match the cover's fit range to your ski, measured tip to tail. Combo covers hold a pair of skis, while slalom covers fit a single ski. Check the listed size range, and allow extra room for wide-body skis or double boots.
Many padded ski bags have an oversized boot zone that fits double boots or high-wrap bindings without removing them, while slimmer neoprene sleeves may sit tighter. Check the product for the boot-zone size if you leave your bindings on.
Padded ski bags with a lockable zipper are designed to travel as checked luggage, protecting the ski in transit. Unpadded covers and neoprene sleeves offer less protection and suit car trips or use inside a larger padded bag. Check the product for padding and a lockable zip.
Air the cover out after use and rinse it if it has carried a wet ski or salt. Let it dry fully before storing to prevent mould, and keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight to protect the fabric, zips, and any padding.
