The Radar Wing Gauges set includes gauges measuring 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, and 9.5 degrees, covering the full range of wing angles used in competitive and recreational slalom skiing. This lets you dial in the exact wing angle that suits your ski and riding style.
Increasing the wing angle adds lift and hold at the tail of the ski, which can help in rough water or at higher speeds. Reducing the angle allows the ski to release more freely through the turn. Small changes of half a degree can produce noticeable differences in how the ski feels at the buoy, which is why precise gauges matter.
The Radar Wing Gauges are designed to measure wing angle on standard slalom ski fin wings, including Radar, HO, Connelly, and most other major brands. The gauges work by resting against the underside of the wing, so they are not brand-specific.
Yes — wing gauges and digital calipers work together as a complete fin tuning system. The calipers measure linear dimensions (fin depth, length, and distance to tail), while the wing gauges measure the angular position of your fin foil. Using both gives you a full record of your fin setup that you can reproduce exactly every session.
Digital calipers measure linear dimensions such as fin depth and length, not angles. For measuring wing angles, you need the Radar Wing Gauges, which are sold separately and cover 7 to 9.5 degree increments. Both tools together give you a complete fin tuning kit.

i found the wing gauges to be to wide and don t fit under the wing so basicaly they are useless .thats unusual for radar products as there ski s are great
