A stubby holder is an insulated neoprene sleeve that fits around a can or bottle to keep the drink cold and your hand dry. It slows the drink warming in the sun, making it a handy accessory for the boat, beach, or backyard.
Yes. The neoprene foam insulates the can from the surrounding air and your hand, slowing how quickly the drink warms. It will not chill a warm drink, so start with a cold can or bottle for the best result on a hot day.
Most neoprene stubby holders fit a standard can or bottle snugly, with the flexible foam stretching slightly to grip the container without being loose. Check the product description for the specific sizes a particular holder is designed to suit.
Neoprene stubby holders are water-resistant and shrug off splashes and spills on the boat. They are not designed as flotation, so a holder with a can inside will not reliably float. Keep drinks in a cup holder or esky when not in hand.
Rinse the neoprene in fresh water after use to remove salt, sunscreen, and drink residue, then air dry away from direct sun. For a deeper clean, hand wash in mild soapy water. Avoid machine drying, which can affect the foam over time.

Stubby cooler

Stubby cooler is pretty cheep and not as good as the picture looks. Also the cooler we received is not the one we ordered in the picture. Other than that customer service was fine I bought it online with a lifejacket to get free postage. I received confirmation and tracking emails so was happy.
