Why it works
The R8 mainline uses 100% Dyneema core with an ultra-thin honeycomb embossed cover that resists abrasion and snagging. The handle features a Nylon BarLock that reduces unwanted rotation during passes, a tacky hide grip that stays firm even when wet, and EVA flotation so it won't sink. At 1.25" diameter with a T6 aircraft aluminum dowel, it's lightweight but rigid enough for the forces advanced tricks demand.
Setup flexibility
The 85ft total length breaks down into eight sections: one 45ft, one 10ft, four 5ft, and two 2.5ft sections. This modular design means you can shorten the line as you improve, or adjust for different boat speeds and riding styles. The "T" wrap handle section is sold separately if you want to add it later.
