Built for speed and style. The Osmo is a twin tip skimmer designed to carry momentum through technical tricks while keeping you locked into the pocket behind the boat. The Ronix Osmo Skimmer suits intermediate and advanced riders who want a fast, playful board that stays locked in the pocket. Its twin-tip shape and Dark Matter build carry momentum through technical tricks, rewarding riders progressing their skim game as well as those cruising with confidence.
Choose your Ronix Osmo Skimmer by weight and skim ability, as its wider profile and low rocker let you ride deeper with less effort. Because the right length depends on the rider, use our wakesurf size guide to match the board to your weight.
The Ronix Osmo Skimmer rides on Dark Matter construction for locked-in speed and a stronger pop off the wake, with a wider profile and minimal rocker for riding deep. Built with Innegra, bio resin and Speedwalls, it runs floating carbon Blueprint fins on the button system.
The Ronix Osmo Skimmer is a skim style wakesurfer built around a twin-tip shape. It favours carrying speed into spins, slides and technical surface tricks rather than the drawn-out carves of a surf board, keeping riders locked in the pocket behind the boat.
Surf-style boards have more volume, thicker rails and larger fins, giving strong drive down the line and a surfy, wave-riding feel that suits most riders. Skim-style boards are thinner and flatter with smaller or fewer fins, so they sit looser and skatey on the wave, making spins, shuvits and surface tricks easier but taking more balance. Many riders start on a surf style and move toward skim as they progress.
Wakesurfer size is guided mainly by rider weight and skill: heavier riders and beginners suit a longer board with more volume for easier planing and stability, while lighter or more advanced riders can drop to a shorter, looser board. Board style matters too, as skim boards are usually ridden shorter than surf boards. Check the size guide or ask our team for a recommendation.
