Description

Ronix Wave King Surfer

Built for bigger riders who want a wakesurfer that delivers both float and performance. The Ronix Wave King is designed for anyone up to 300 lbs looking to carve hard cutbacks or throw smooth 360s behind the boat.

This 2027 model sits 1.5" wider and 3" shorter than its predecessor, giving you more glide, better edge hold, and less swing weight when you're driving through turns. The smooth, floaty rail and fast rockerline keep you locked into the wave whether you're behind a boat or riding standing wave machines at your local river swell. All Levels riders will find the generous volume forgiving enough to learn on, yet responsive enough to progress.

The Flyweight construction keeps the board light without sacrificing durability. Three locked-in floating carbon fins and the easy-to-use button fin system give you a stable, fast platform that's ready to play. The EVA blended pad with rubber delivers a softer feel and tacky grip even when wet.

More board. More glide. More room to play.

RIDING LEVEL: All Levels
CONSTRUCTION: Flyweight
CATEGORY: Lightweight
PAD: EVA Blended W/ Rubber for a softer feel and a tacky overall grip
FIN SYSTEM: Button
FINS: 2 – 3.5" & 1 – 3" Blueprint - Carbon – Floating Technology

The Ronix Wave King is made for bigger riders, up to around 300 pounds, who want both float and performance. Its generous volume is forgiving enough to learn on yet responsive enough to progress, suiting larger riders carving hard cutbacks or throwing smooth 360s.
Size the Ronix Wave King to your weight, as it is shaped with extra volume for bigger riders up to around 300 pounds. Because the listing focuses on rider weight rather than fixed lengths, use our wakesurf size guide to match the board to you.
The Ronix Wave King rides wider and shorter than the previous model, adding glide and edge hold while cutting swing weight through turns. A floaty rail and fast rockerline keep it locked into the wave, and three floating carbon fins run on the button system with an EVA rubber pad.
The Ronix Wave King is a surf style wakesurfer, the floaty, carving option in the range. It favours hard cutbacks, smooth 360s and staying locked into the wave rather than the loose sliding of the skim version, giving bigger riders drive and glide.
Surf-style boards have more volume, thicker rails and larger fins, giving strong drive down the line and a surfy, wave-riding feel that suits most riders. Skim-style boards are thinner and flatter with smaller or fewer fins, so they sit looser and skatey on the wave, making spins, shuvits and surface tricks easier but taking more balance. Many riders start on a surf style and move toward skim as they progress.
Wakesurfer size is guided mainly by rider weight and skill: heavier riders and beginners suit a longer board with more volume for easier planing and stability, while lighter or more advanced riders can drop to a shorter, looser board. Board style matters too, as skim boards are usually ridden shorter than surf boards. Check the size guide or ask our team for a recommendation.
