The Ski Doc fin recorder helps you to preserve the perfect fin setting once you have found it.

Simply place the fin recorder onto the fin with the setting you want to keep and tighten the wing nuts and your settings have been recorded. Then, if your fin has been moved simply loosen the screws so it can move freely then attach the fin recorder with your saved settings. move the fin recorder and your fin until the register tabs touch the tail and the bottom of the ski. Now the fin is back to your favorite setting!

The Ski-Doc Fin Recorder captures and preserves your perfect slalom ski fin setting. Once your preferred fin position is found, the recorder locks onto the fin. If the fin is ever moved accidentally, you can reattach the recorder and restore the fin to your saved position exactly.
No — the Ski-Doc Fin Recorder is a setting tool, not a permanent fitting. You attach it to capture your preferred fin position, then remove it to ski. If the fin later shifts, reattach the recorder and slide the fin back until the tabs touch, restoring your saved setting.
The Ski-Doc Fin Recorder attaches to the fin using wingnut fasteners. Once tightened to your preferred fin position, the register tabs record the exact location of the fin relative to the tail and bottom of the ski.

Ski-Doc Fin Recorder

Great idea so easy to use place over the fin and tighten the wing nuts to record current fin setting, then go and adjust fin. If not happy put the ski -doc back on to restore the previous setting
