Built with durable epoxy EPS wood and stringer construction, the MOAB features a deep concave that locks you in with drive and control. Reverse tail channels keep the board loose and quick, making rail-to-rail transitions snappy and aerials achievable. The large grab rail gives you confidence on takeoff and during tricks, while the true surf-style design creates that familiar skateboard feel that makes progression natural.

This Joey Harris pro model delivers the drive and pop to grow your riding, suiting intermediate to advanced riders pushing their technique forward.
The Hyperlite MOAB comes in three sizes: 4'6" at 23.5 litres, 4'9" at 25.14 litres and 5'0" at 28 litres. Heavier riders should size up for float and drive, while lighter riders can choose a shorter length for a looser feel. Our wakesurf size guide can help you match volume to weight.
The Hyperlite MOAB runs a four-fin setup, with two 4.5" front fins and two 1.7" drop fins for drive and hold. Handcrafted epoxy EPS construction with a wood stringer, a deep concave and reverse tail channels give control with a loose, quick tail and a large grab rail for handling.
The Hyperlite MOAB rides as a surf-style wakesurfer. Its true surf outline, deep concave and four-fin setup favour fast rail-to-rail carving and boosting off the wake with a skate-like feel, rather than the loose surface slides and spins of a skim board.
Surf-style boards have more volume, thicker rails and larger fins, giving strong drive down the line and a surfy, wave-riding feel that suits most riders. Skim-style boards are thinner and flatter with smaller or fewer fins, so they sit looser and skatey on the wave, making spins, shuvits and surface tricks easier but taking more balance. Many riders start on a surf style and move toward skim as they progress.
Wakesurfer size is guided mainly by rider weight and skill: heavier riders and beginners suit a longer board with more volume for easier planing and stability, while lighter or more advanced riders can drop to a shorter, looser board. Board style matters too, as skim boards are usually ridden shorter than surf boards. Check the size guide or ask our team for a recommendation.
