Why Hyperlite. Hyperlite has been in wakeboarding since the early days of the sport and has consistently delivered well-engineered gear across every price point. The brand spans wakeboards, boots and wakesurfers as the core, plus apparel and accessories. Some signature shapes available in both standard and loaded constructions — the loaded versions carry extra carbon stringers for added pop and snap (same shape, more aggressive response). Hitting a kicker or rail with a boat board causes impact damage that isn’t covered under warranty. Standard vs loaded construction. Several Hyperlite boards come in both. Standard is more forgiving and accessible; loaded has extra carbon for sharper response. The shape is the same — the build is what changes. Sizing.
