The Hyperlite State 2.0 wakeboard is built for riders learning to land tricks and build confidence behind the boat. If you're progressing from flat water to wake jumps, this board makes the learning curve gentler by shortening the toe-side edge so less rail pressure is needed to control your approach and takeoff. The molded-in fin is thinner than previous designs, which means easier release off the wake and less drag holding you back. Added toe-side footbed risers give you extra leverage when you're driving pressure into the board, while the longer heel-side edge keeps you stable and fast without losing the pop you need for air.
This wakeboard suits intermediate riders who want a board that responds to their growing skills without fighting them. It's ideal if you're riding behind a direct-drive or inboard boat and spending time in the wake rather than on the flat.
