The KD Orbit trainers use a removable stabiliser bar with direct rope attachment to distribute the load and keep the two skis in place, so a child can find their balance. The double-handle Orbit rope lets an adult regulate the pull from the boat, and in a fall the child just lets go. Size 46".
The KD Orbit has child-sized horseshoe slide-adjustable bindings and reinforced composite construction with a high-gloss UV coat and a glass-filled nylon fin. A removable stabiliser bar with a rear strap keeps the ski tips and tails together while your child learns.
Combo skis are sized mainly by the skier's weight (and to a lesser extent boat speed), with shorter skis for children and lighter skiers and longer skis for adults. Check the product's recommended weight range and size against the skier before ordering.
Most combo ski sets come with adjustable rubber bindings that fit a range of foot sizes, so the whole family can share them. Check the product listing to confirm the bindings and the foot-size range they suit.
