OBrien Combo Training Rope & Handle

The OBrien Combo Training Rope & Handle is a learn-to-ski rope and handle package built around a trainer handle with crossbar. The crossbar keeps both combo skis running parallel as the skier comes out of the water, and the skis slide right out of the bridle as soon as the rider is up and riding — a fundamental aid for new skiers and kids learning two-ski starts.

The handle uses an EVA sure grip — soft, tacky, and easy to hold — with moulded PVC endcaps that are soft, flexible, lightweight, and durable. A vinyl-coated bridle protects the rope from ski-edge abrasion at the bar attachment, where wear shows up first on a trainer rope.

The mainline is 12-strand, 40-filament PE rope at 75' total length, including a detachable 5' trainer handle so once the skier no longer needs the crossbar, the rope continues as a normal recreational ski rope.
